Services Overview

Precision Yard Signs provides premium yard sign rentals including custom design coordination, full-color vinyl signage, welded steel sign structures, professional installation, and scheduled pickup.

All services are subject to availability, location approval, weather conditions, and scheduling capacity.

Rental Terms

• Standard rental term is up to 4 weeks at a single location, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
• Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to scheduling availability
• All signs remain the property of Precision Yard Signs at all times

Failure to adhere to agreed rental timelines may result in additional fees.

Ordering & Approval Process

• All orders begin with a form submission and review process
• Orders are not confirmed until reviewed and approved by Precision Yard Signs
• Payment is not collected until details are confirmed
• Project timelines depend on timely communication and approvals from the customer

Precision Yard Signs reserves the right to decline any order that does not meet service, location, or scheduling requirements.

Design & Creative Approval

• Custom designs may be included depending on the project scope
• Customers will receive design proofs for approval
• A 48-hour approval window is expected once designs are delivered
• Delays in approval may result in timeline shifts
• Additional design revisions beyond initial scope may incur additional fees

File Ownership

All design files remain the property of Precision Yard Signs and/or its design partners.

If a customer requests full file ownership for external use, a separate release fee may apply.

Production & Installation

• Typical project timelines range from 10–20 days from request to installation, depending on complexity and responsiveness
• Installation is typically completed outside standard business hours
• Installations are scheduled based on route efficiency and availability

Precision Yard Signs is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customer approval delays
• Incomplete order information
• Weather conditions
• Third-party constraints

Sign Materials & Placement

• Signs are constructed using welded steel frames with full-color vinyl wraps
• All signs are double-sided for maximum visibility
• Signs are installed in:
  • Grass (staked into ground)
  • Hard surfaces (secured with weighted solutions such as sandbags)

Placement is subject to:

• Property owner approval
• Local regulations and ordinances
• Safety and accessibility considerations

Placement Responsibility & Liability

The customer is responsible for:

• Securing permission for sign placement
• Ensuring compliance with HOA rules, city codes, and property regulations

Precision Yard Signs is not responsible for fines, violations, or penalties related to improper placement permissions.

Damage, Wear & Replacement

Due to the nature of outdoor placement, signs may be subject to:

• Weather conditions
• Landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
• Theft or vandalism

Policy includes:

• One replacement per sign may be provided at no additional cost for normal wear and tear
• Additional replacements may incur fees depending on the situation
• Excessive or negligent damage may result in additional charges

Weather & Installation Conditions

• Installation and removal schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions
• High winds, storms, or unsafe conditions may delay service
• Precision Yard Signs will communicate any scheduling changes when necessary

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed
• Orders are not scheduled until payment arrangements are confirmed
• For recurring or extended services, payment schedules will be outlined in advance

Late Payments

• Payments not received within 15 days may be subject to late fees
• Accounts unpaid after 30 days may result in removal of signage

Cancellations & Changes

• Order changes must be requested prior to production
• Cancellations after design or production has begun may result in partial charges
• Installation rescheduling is subject to availability

Missed Installations & Delays

Precision Yard Signs is not responsible for missed or delayed installations due to:

• Inaccessible installation areas
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
• External factors outside of control

Limitation of Liability

Precision Yard Signs is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity
• Issues related to unauthorized sign placement

All services are provided in good faith with the intent to deliver professional, high-quality results.

Service Area

Services are limited to designated areas within Johnson County and surrounding Southside Indianapolis communities.

Requests outside this area may be declined or subject to additional fees.
